We have had two divisive elections in the recent months and now is the time to put those behind us and all work to make Mesquite the place where we want to live. I feel that with my background working with businesses I can add value to the council as we move forward with our revitalization program and bringing new business to our community. In this election I promise to run a clean race with none of the dirty politics that seems to be so prevalent. During the election I ask for your prayers and guidance. If elected to the council I promise honest, open and transparent city government. I will be honest with the community on my position on all matters. I will be open to input form the community at all times. My actions will be transparent so the community can judge my actions against my promises. We can win this election but it will take a large turn out.To win we need rainmakers. And we can all be rainmakers. Enclosed you will find a short letter which I would like for you to share with family, friends, members of your church and neighbors. If 100 people would share five letters with people you know we can win one for Mesquite. One of my friends thought of this and she has been sharing her version of this letter with people she knows since mid February. Joe has
a vision for our future that is shared with many in our community. Joe Supports The school District and the city working together. Joe Supports Encouraging
a buy Mesquite Program. Sales Tax kept in Mesquite reduces the need for property tax. Joe Hicks for City Council Place 2 Mesquite TX Bea Hall Treasurer 11114 Cotillion Dallas TX 75149 Pol Adv
